Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes we offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all orders. For fast responses, please email us before the 60 days from purchase in order to obtain an RMA and return shipping address. We will not honor refunds if you contact us after 60 days. Please email us at - shop@Clothiir.com

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 10-21 days to receive orders for international countries and 5-10 business days for domestic orders. In most cases.. orders arrive much sooner. International orders will take longer since we are shipping from the United States.

How can I track my order/shipment ?

What is your Your Return Address?

Please make sure to email us to process your returns by providing you an RMA# as well as an address. If you return an item back without first emailing us, then it may take 2-3 times as long to process and tracking the return could get lost and we will not be responsible for processing a refund. 

Do you ship to my country? How much does it cost to ship?

Yes we ship to most countries outside of the US. Currently all orders to USA are shipped free of charge. International countries are $5.95.
