What is your return policy?
For products purchased at www.Clothiir.com: We accept returns on orders shipped within the US within 60 days of purchase. Please ensure that tags are still intact and that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All eligible returns must be accompanied with an original invoice or packing slip. The customer will be responsible for return shipping. To start your authorized return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and place your order # in the subject line. In the body of the email please list the items and reason for return.
We highly recommend using a shipping service that will provide a tracking number for your return. Clothiir Apparel is not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.
*Please note: that at this time all international sales are final.
What is your exchange policy?
We want you to love your Clothiir Apparel gear as much as we love making it! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges on orders shipped within the US within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have tags attached. To start your exchange, a new order would need to be placed on the website for your desired item(s) after the new order is placed, follow the process for returns outlined above in the return policy. *Exchanges are not guaranteed because our stock is limited. Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we cannot accept exchanges.
Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund to a different credit/debit card. If you are requesting to return your order, the refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
How Soon will I receive my refund for my return?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date your return is received for your original form of payment to be credited.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com place your order number in the subject line, and attach a photo of the damage/wrong item you received.
